cooking directions:
put 1 spoon of ghee in a pressure cooker. add 1 tbs cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies. (add veggies if you want). take 100 grams of khichdi mix for 1 serving. add 400 ml water, mix well and pressure cook
it for 4-5 whistles. add salt as per your taste. garnish with coriander and serve hot.
